Calcium lignosulfonate, abbreviated as calcium lignosulfonate, xylocalcium, is a coniferous tree-white pine as the raw material, the lignin is converted into water-soluble calcium lignosulfonate by the method of calcium bisulfite cooking, and it is fermented to remove sugar and concentrate. , It is made by dry extraction and refining. It is a brown-yellow powder with a basic structure of a derivative of phenylpropane. The content of calcium lignosulfonate is between 55-60% in the molecular weight range. It has good water solubility and can be formulated into 1- 50% aqueous solution.
Usage
Could used as a filler and brinder in ceramic tiles,resins to fiber boards,casting sand and in fodder pellets.
Work as dust-suooression toads as well as in dusty processes within infudtry.Lignosulfonate is used as a dispersant in products loke fodder,disperse pestivides,dyes,carbon black,and other insolublr solids and liquids into water.
Could be used for the production of plasterboard to reduce the amount of water required to make thestucco flow and form the layer between two sheets of paper.The reduction in water content allows lower kiln temperatures to dry the the plasterboard,saving enery.
Packaging, storage and transportation
Packaging: 25 kg/bag
Transportation: This product should be transported and stored in a dry environment at normal temperature (less than 40 ℃), avoid direct sunlight. Do not stack or press heavily to avoid product agglomeration.
Shelf life: 12 months, and it should be used within 60 days after opening.
